"El Market Puerto Rico" is a Souvenir Gift Shop and "your last stop" at the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in San Juan where you can take a piece of Puerto Rico back home. From traditional food and snacks, music, hand-made crafts, apparel, souvenirs, novelty items and more. They proudly showcase the work of local artisans and products made in Puerto Rico. 

 

Since 2015, we refocused and managed their Social Media Strategy, including changing the language of the content shared from Spanish to English. We were able to increase their Facebook Page “likes” from less than 300 when we started to over 5,000 within first three months and achieved 15,000 within a year. Afterwards, this brand has expanded from 4 to 9 locations in the same Airport.
